Fire officials are investigating an early-afternoon residential blaze in north Minneapolis on Sunday.

No one was hurt in the fire on the 5100 block of Queen Avenue North, to which Minneapolis fire personnel responded shortly after noon. 


Officials say the fire involved a one-and-a-half story home. Firefighters laid lines, searched all floors and ventilated the roof, the department tweeted Sunday afternoon. The fire was out before 1:30 p.m.

No one was injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
