Already well over 30 Minnesota cities and counties have raised the legal age for tobacco purchases to 21. Wilkin County in western Minnesota became the latest to do so Tuesday morning when county commissioners voted unanimously to raise the age.
Wilkin County is the sixth county in the state to officially adopt such a change, joining Otter Tail, Pope, Beltrami, Isanti and Olmsted counties.
