New Angry Birds exhibit debuts at North End Event Center at State Fair

Updated: August 21, 2019 07:31 PM

The Minnesota State Fair has put in millions of dollars into improvements on the North End of the fairgrounds.

The event center is opening for the first time Thursday to the public and will feature an attraction called 'Angry Birds: The Exhibition.' It's free with admission to the fair.

The attraction is based on the mobile game Angry Birds, and is a hands-on interactive experience with a focus on science.

The north end of the fairgrounds has had a change of appearance since last year. Besides the new event center, the Hangar is back again and there's all new vendor space, featuring only Minnesota companies.
