All primary runways open at MSP after snow

An airport spokesman said all three primary runways at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport are open after snow fell in the metro area Wednesday.

Patrick Hogan, director of public affairs and marketing for the Metropolitan Airports Commission, said the airport does close one runway during slower periods so snow can be hauled away.

Hogan said the airport is experiencing a few cancellations and delays due to the storm system but said in an email that, "Operations at MSP are pretty smooth
