More Learned About Who Will Oversee Homeless Navigation Center

More was learned Wednesday about who will be in charge of helping oversee a navigation center that will provide emergency transitional services to those living at the Hiawatha Avenue homeless encampment.

Key figures in the project were introduced at a meeting of the Minneapolis City Council's Housing and Development Committee.

Among them was Minnesota native Margaret King, who just helped organize a similar navigation center in Seattle.

She has been named the project manager.
