Moorhead police ask for public's help locating runaway

Moorhead police are asking for the public's help in locating a 13-year-old boy.

Moorhead Police said Joshua Phillip Neumayer was reported as a runaway on Sept. 25.

He's described as being 5 feet, 7 inches tall, about 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Police believe he's in the Fargo/Moorhead area.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701-451-7660.
