Missing 80-year-old Fargo man found dead

A missing person alert for a Fargo, North Dakota, man has been canceled after he was found dead.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said Monday that 80-year-old Robert McKinnon’s body was found in Fargo.
Authorities had asked for the public’s help in finding McKinnon after he was reported missing on Oct. 1. The BCA said he had ties in the Otter Tail County area.
His cause of death remains under investigation.
