United FC Review Saturday's Win, Talk Remaining Season Goals

Minnesota United FC is back at work on the practice field following Saturday's win.

After 49 days on the road, Minnesota United marked its long-awaited homecoming with a thrilling three-goal first half en route to a 3-2 win over the Portland Timbers at TCF Bank Stadium. Midfielders Romario Ibarra and Darwin Quintero combined to chart the path to victory for Minnesota, notching two goals and two assists, respectively.

KSTP Sports was at the Loons' practice on Wednesday, and caught up with coach Adrian Heath and midfielder Rasmus Schuller.

Minnesota United is back at home on Saturday against New York City FC. Gametime for that contest is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at TCF Bank Stadium. United needs wins, and lots of help the rest of the way to find a way into the postseason.
