State Patrol asks for public's help locating vehicle involved in fatal hit-and-run

The Minnesota State Patrol is asking for the public's help in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run this past weekend in Otter Tail County.

The State Patrol said after the incident that three men were walking south on the northbound shoulder of Highway 78, south of Ottertail City, at about 1:13 a.m. Saturday, July 6, when one tripped and fell onto the road.
