A mysterious woman made a surprise donation to KSTP's Stuff the Sleigh.

She brought bags full of Beanie Babies to the Warners' Stellian in Apple Valley. Employees who saw the donation thought they could be valuable.

Some Beanie Babies made in the 1990s have become collectors editions. Some of those have sold for thousands of dollars.

A Beanie Baby expert who's been tracking their sales for almost 20 years says it's pretty uncommon to find a toy worth thousands of dollars. But she reminds us they are still cute little animals and children love to play with them.

Jodi Kurtz is the manager of Warners' Stellian.

"Whether or not they are valuable, how sweet that somebody dropped them off."

KSTP will investigate the value of the Beanie Babies. If they can be sold, the money will be donated to our charities. Otherwise, children can enjoy the toys as they are.
