Minnesota Moment: Rain Can't Douse 'Flame of Hope'

Rain didn't stop officers from carrying the "flame of hope" in Rochester Wednesday.

About 20 law enforcement officers are carrying the torch more than 2,000 miles across the state to raise money for Minnesota Special Olympics.


They walked alongside former and current Special Olympians, who say the show of support means a lot to them.
