Minnesota Moment: Paying it forward with a pair of boots

Justin Jaskowick of Prior Lake has a new pair of work boots.

He bought them at Cabela's in Rogers, but they almost didn't come home with him.

When Jaskowick reached the checkout, he didn't have enough money for the boots.

Thankfully, a fellow customer was there to cover the rest of the cost.

Justin has special needs and his mother Terri Jaskowick said she's blown away by the kindness of the stranger who helped her son.

"I just want to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for looking out for people like Justin and noticing that there's really a need out there for a little bit of extra help," she said.

Terri said she would love to thank the stranger in person and maybe even pay them back.
