Students at the Academy of Whole Learning, a school specifically designed for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related learning differences, took a field trip Wednesday.
They visited the REM 5 Virtual Reality Lab in St. Louis Park.
The lab let them explore everything from the ocean and a shipwreck to everyday places like the grocery store - all through the safety of virtual reality goggles.
