Minnesota Moment: 'Donut Boy' raises funds for protective K9 vest for Anoka PD

A boy known for his generous pastry donations to police has helped out the Anoka Police Department in a big way. 

Eleven-year-old Tyler Carach, known as the "Donut Boy," visited the Twin Cities with a gift for the department's K9.
