A Minnesota man was found dead in a Florida lake over the weekend, officials say.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said crews responded to reports of a person in a lake inside the Bay Hill Village at Winston Trails development at about 4 p.m. Saturday.

The first firefighters on scene found one person in the water, and upon evaluation, found the person was deceased.

Palm Beach Sheriff's Office Marine Unit deputies responded and pulled the victim from the water. The sheriff's office said the victim was identified as Aaron Lenz, 27, of Minneapolis.

His death remains under investigation.

Authorities say more information will be released at a later time.
