BCA: 80-year-old man missing from Fargo area, has possible ties in Otter Tail County

The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) has issued a missing person alert for an 80-year-old man from Fargo, North Dakota. 

According to the BCA, the Fargo Police Department is requesting assistance in locating Robert McKinnon. He is described as being 5-feet, 7-inches tall, weighing 159 pounds, and having blue eyes, grey hair. McKinnon was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, a black and white checkered shirt and glasses. 

McKinnon's last known whereabouts were on Thursday around 5:30 p.m. on the 4500 block of 36th Avenue South in Fargo. Police add he has mobility issues and may not recognize where he is. It is unknown if he has access to a vehicle. 

According to authorities, he has possible ties in the Otter Tail County area. 

If anyone has any information on McKinnon's whereabouts, they are asked to contact the Fargo Police Department at 701-451-7661.
