Dayton Proclaims Wednesday 'Beyonce and Jay-Z Day'

Gov. Mark Dayton has declared Wednesday "Beyonce and Jay-Z Day" in Minnesota.

"Through their lives and music, Beyonce and Jay-Z have inspired Minnesotans, and music fans around the world," Dayton's decree reads.
