The Minneapolis Police Department has announced it plans to train more than 10,000 Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee Crew 52 volunteers before Jan. 22 on properly recognizing and reporting suspicious activity.

The training is in preparation for 10 days of Super Bowl festivities leading up to the big game on Feb. 4 at U.S. Bank Stadium.
