VIDEO: Minneapolis police seek help in identifying 3 robbery suspects

The Minneapolis Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying three suspects involved in two robberies earlier this month.

According to the department, a woman was riding her bicycle behind a strip mall along the 2800 block of 26th Avenue on August 5 at about 1:30 p.m. when she was hit by a white Toyota Camry.

Three male suspects exited the vehicle and proceeded to knock the woman off her bike and take her purse, according to police.


Minneapolis police released the following surveillance video of the incident August 5:


Police said the three were also suspected of taking another purse at a Wells Fargo roughly 10 minutes before the incident behind the strip mall.

Authorities learned the Camry had been stolen and was found unoccupied several hours after the incidents.
