Metro areas preparing spooky fun events

Halloween is just weeks away and cities northwest of Minneapolis are getting ready for the ghostly fun. 

Natalie Conrad with Minneapolis Northwest Tourism told KSTP about several events happening over the next few weeks. 


The events are located in areas like Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, and Maple Grove. 

In Brooklyn Center there will be a Brooklyn Center's Halloween Party on Oct. 25th. 

The following day, Oct. 26 Maple Grove will have a Big Wood's Halloween in Elm Creek Park Reserve. Then on Oct. 31st Brooklyn Park will have a Trick-or-Treat Spooktacular at Zanewood Rec Center.
