An Osakis man was taken to a hospital after a propane truck rollover in Douglas County Thursday morning.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office said deputies were alerted of a rollover on County Road 2, south of Lake Ellen Road SE, at about 8 a.m.

First responders found a liquid propane delivery truck rolled over in the northbound ditch, the sheriff's office said. The driver, a 38-year-old man, was able to evacuate the truck after the crash. He was taken to a hospital in Alexandria with non-life-threatening injuries.

Officials found propane and diesel fuel leaking from the truck. The sheriff's office said it was towed to Pope County to offload the propane. The amount of fuel and propane that leaked wasn't released.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash, which remains under investigation.
