The victim is in critical condition and a suspect is in custody after a stabbing on a westbound Green Line train Sunday night.

According to Metro Transit Police, a stabbing occurred around 5 p.m. Sunday night on a westbound Green Line train. 

A suspect was taken into custody at the east bank station. 

The victim is in critical condition at U of M Hospital.

There is no information as to what led up to the stabbing.
