According to the criminal complaint, the child told officers Longman had been masturbating in a stall in the bathroom. He is alleged to have then stuck his head underneath the child's stall, motioned for the child to bend down and grabbed the child's genitals.

The child said he remained in the stall until Longman left. But Longman came back and laughed, saying he forgot his keys, according to court documents.

The child reportedly waited for him to leave, then ran to the guest services desk to call his mother, and the service desk called police, the criminal complaint details.

Officers used security footage to track down Longman. When shown the video, Longman is alleged to have admitted it was him.
