13-Year-Old Boy in Critical Condition after Little Earth Shooting

A 13-year-old boy was receiving treatment after being shot in the head near Little Earth Monday night.

Police officers found the boy in a yard on the 2400 block of Ogema Place at around 11 p.m.

The victim was rushed to Hennepin County Medical Center. Medical staff said he is in critical condition.

Authorities have not yet made any arrests; investigators were speaking to people in the area.
