More from KSTP:
According to the criminal complaint, a witness told police that Tyrone Williams and Strickland-Green had been arguing prior to the shooting. When the two asked the witness to resolve the issue, the witness entered a vehicle and left.
The witness told police he did not see nor hear the shooting, but saw Williams stumble away from Strickland-Green's vehicle. The complaint said Strickland-Green later called the witness and acknowledged he shot Williams.
