The complaint states that Micklewright's wife called 911 around 5 a.m. and that Micklewright then spoke to the dispatcher and allegedly admitted to shooting Couture with a handgun, but did not say why.

Couture was found dead at the home, and a medical examiner ruled his death as a homicide.

Both couples had been consuming alcohol prior to the shooting, according to the complaint.

Micklewright was arraigned on Thursday, and his bail was set at $125,000. His next court appearance is set for Dec. 3.
