Man charged in connection to arson at Target Headquarters in downtown Minneapolis

A 24-year-old man has been charged in connection to the arson that occurred at the Target Headquarters in downtown Minneapolis. 

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Shador Tommie Cortez Jackson faces one count of arson.
