Major police presence on St. Paul's east side

A major police presence has gathered on the east side of St. Paul Sunday night.

A 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS crew at the scene near Jessamine and Payne avenues said there were reports of shots fired in the area.

Reporter Jay Kolls said one person was taken from the scene by ambulance.
