Light snow Sunday in the metro

A slightly snowy Sunday is expected in the metro.

KSTP Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas said light snow could fall Sunday, with 1-3 inches of accumulation possible. Temperatures are expected to be in the 20s.

Yuhas said the next significant snowfall could occur Tuesday, with 4-8 inches of snow possible.

Yuhas also said the average highs are rising, with an average high of 32 degrees expected by Sunday, Feb. 23.
