Lake City Restaurant Owner Accused of Sexually Assaulting Juvenile

A Lake City restaurant owner is charged with one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct in Wabasha County after being accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile.

Court records show the charge was filed against 50-year-old Enver Iseini in August.

According to the criminal complaint, the incident occurred in late July. He is accused of telling the juvenile he wanted to have sex with her, then pushing the issue until she eventually engaged in sexual activity with him.

The complaint goes on to allege he then became increasingly possessive of the girl, calling at random hours and texting "angry and vulgar language at her if she did not do what he asked."
