Northbound lanes of Highway 169 near Interstate 494 near West Bloomington were closed Thursday morning as the result of a paint spill.
Just before 6:30 a.m., KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said the left two lanes of traffic on northbound Highway 169 reopened while the right lane remained closed.
