A St. Peter, Minnesota, bowling alley was a "total loss" after a fire Sunday morning, according to a news release.

The St. Peter Fire Department said firefighters responded to a fire around 7:35 a.m. at KingPins Bowling Alley, 1671 S. Third St.

The Kasota and North Mankato fire departments aided in extinguishing the fire.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
