W.A. Frost and Company requiring proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test to dine indoors

St. Paul restaurant W.A. Frost and Company now requires proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID-19 test for indoor dining.

The new policy started Sept. 1. On the website explaining the new rules, the restaurant says, "It is our responsibility to keep our guest and team as safe as possible."

It’s the first restaurant to St. Paul to require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to dine indoors. Hark! Cafe in Minneapolis started requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to eat inside on Aug. 24.

In April, W.A. Frost reopened its doors for dining with new windows for better airflow during the pandemic. They have both indoor and patio dining. The Cathedral Hill restaurant has been serving food since 1975.
