Judge Grants Restraining Order Against Nobles County in Detention Policy Lawsuit

A Minnesota judge says the Nobles County Sheriff's Office cannot detain people for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Sheriff Kent Wilkening is accused of unlawfully holding people suspected of violating immigration law.
