The Minnesota Department of Revenue announced Wednesday that the Ramsey County Attorney's Office recently charged Michael Jeremy Shermoen, of International Falls, with three felony counts of failing to file income tax.

According to the complaint, Shermoen failed to file his individual income tax return each year from 2015 through 2017. He also allegedly admitted to investigators that he was aware of his obligation to file an income tax return each year and admitted to not filing returns in those years, according to the release.
