Ice sculptures at the St. Paul Winter Carnival

The coolest experience in Minnesota is taking place at Rice Park in St. Paul.

The Winter Carnival is underway and on Friday night ice sculptures took center stage. The competition officially started Thursday at 7 p.m.


This year, the list of competitors features the first all-female team.
