Golden Valley firefighter makes history as first female assistant fire chief in department's history

A firefighter is making history at the Golden Valley Fire Department.

Tuesday, Bethany Brunsell was promoted to assistant fire chief. Brunsell is the first woman to achieve the rank in the department's history.
