Inver Grover Heights police officers were successfully able to capture an animal that had been goading them over the last few days.

The department had received numerous reports about a goat that had been wandering around the town and eventually wandered off. 

The department said officers were able to safely and humanely capture the got Thursday morning. The department said the goat was relocated to a place where it is able to, "frolic and play with other animals."
