The Meeker County Sheriff's Office received a call July 13 from 9-year-old Tyler Schindewolf saying he was trapped under an ATV with his cousin, Miller. He said on the phone Miller was not breathing.

Deputies responded and flipped the vehicle off the children. Miller was airlifted to Hennepin Healthcare, which is where she later died.

Schindewolf was transported by private party to Hennepin Healthcare.

The initial investigation revealed the accident is likely the result of the driver - Miller - turning too sharply, causing the ATV to flip over.
