The Minnesota Department of Transportation is reporting a two-car crash on westbound I-94 before the Lowry Hill Tunnel, causing some congestion in the area.

Overnight construction on I35-E in Little Canada closed a lane until 5 a.m., but that should be all clear for Friday's commute.

Expect a bit of fog near Lake Elmo while temperatures remain cooler.

There are reports of two additional incidents. One crash on southbound I-35 W from exit 36 to I-35 near Lino Lakes has been reported.

The other is an incident on I-94 westbound from 7th Street to US 52.

Bright conditions might warrant sunglasses.
