The plea stipulates that Incantalupo serve a minimum of 12 years in prison. However, prosecutors have the option to argue for the maximum 30-year prison sentence.

He is expected to be sentenced in September.

In court, Incantalupo admitted to bringing the skater to a hotel and engaging in oral sex on two occasions, when the girl was 15 and 16.

Incantalupo coached at the Eden Prairie Figure Skating Club. The club revoked his coaching privileges following the arrest. The U.S. Center for SafeSport banned Incantalupo from coaching in January 2018.
