The FBI's Minneapolis Division said a national sting operation this week recovered four sex trafficking victims and resulted in the arrest of one man in Bismarck, N.D.
The Minneapolis Division worked with local and state partner agencies in the Twin Cities, Bismarck and Sioux Falls, S.D.
According to a release, the operation grew out of an FBI investigation in Oregon that identified a sex trafficking organization that was allegedly recruiting women, mostly from China, to work in brothels in dozens of cities in the U.S., Canada and Australia.
