Extended Interview: 13-Year-Old Obtains Permit for Minneapolis Hot Dog Stand

A teenage boy has been operating a popular hot dog stand outside his north Minneapolis home for nearly two years.

However, 13-year-old Jaequan Faulkner has never had official city permits for his stand.

Faulkner is the owner of Mister Faulkner's Old Fashioned Hot Dogs. He has been in the business since 2016, but on Monday, he finally was able to obtain city permits.
