DOC: Noor moved to out of state prison

The Minnesota Department of Corrections says former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor has been moved to an out of state prison. 

Noor was found guilty of murder in the third degree and manslaughter in the second degree in the death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond. He was sentenced to 12-and-a-half years.
