With CHS Field across the river from Target Field, the Saints would seem like a perfect fit.

The Saints General Manager Derek Sharrer says it's all speculation at this point.

"Looking at the history here for 27 years,  it's just so early in the process to even consider that as an option," Sharrer said. "We haven't been contacted by Major League Baseball or any major league franchise. We're happy doing what we do, where we do it, with whom we do it."
