A Coon Rapids teen was arrested Wednesday after a high-speed pursuit ended with a rollover crash.

The Ramsey Police Department said officers made contact with a driver on southbound Highway 47 at about 6:51 p.m. for a speeding violation.


Authorities said the driver then fled, starting a pursuit. Near 142nd Avenue NW, the driver failed to stop at a stop sign and hit a parked vehicle, causing the suspect's vehicle to roll.

The suspect, identifed as 18-year-old Ethan Richard Rorman, was booked in the Anoka County Jail for fleeing police, underage drinking and speeding, officials said.

Nobody was injured in the pursuit or crash.
