Andy Coubal of Weiss Builders told KSTP the man - who works for Ceco Concrete Construction - was released from the hospital Friday. He suffered a broken fibula, but was back at work. Coubal said the man was wearing all his safety gear at the time.

A KSTP camera crew at the scene showed first responders rescuing the individual, who appeared to be conscious and moving. He was then placed in an ambulance.
