Cleveland police save dog dangling from balcony

Officers from the Cleveland Police Department saved a dog that was hanging off the side of a home, according to News 5 Cleveland, an ABC affiliate. 

The station reported the dog was attached to a leash on the second floor balcony, but fell over the side.
