The Minnesota Department of Revenue announced that the Carver County Attorney's Office recently charged David Arthur Timp, of Chaska, with six felony counts of failing to file individual income tax returns.

According to the complaint, Timp failed to file his state individual income tax returns from 2012 to 2017, despite being contacted by the department multiple times about his obligation to file his tax returns.
