3 charged with murder after remains of missing Minnesota man found in West Virginia

Three people have now been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a Minnesota man whose remains were found in West Virginia.


According to West Virginia State Police, Larry McClure, Amanda Naylor McClure and Anna Choudhary killed John McGuire and knowingly concealed his remains in a shallow grave at Larry McClure's home in McDowell County, ABC affiliate WOAY-TV reports.

All three are currently in South Central Regional Jail in West Virginia. Amanda McClure and Choudhary were originally just charged with concealment, and Larry McClure was arrested on an unrelated charge of failure to register as a sex offender.

McGuire, 38, lived and raised a family in Owatonna for the past 20 years, his family told KSTP. According to the criminal complaint, his date of death was listed as February 14th of this year.
